BARRY NORMAN
 Chief
Technical Principal Water Supply & Sanitation
Barry Norman has more than 35 years experience in civil engineering,
specialising in long term strategic planning, asset management and project
evaluation in the water and wastewater sector. Before joining SMEC he spent some
15 years at executive management level in leading Australian and Asia Pacific
engineering businesses. He has been actively involved in alternative project
delivery partnerships for infrastructure associated with water and wastewater
systems and reuse/recycling schemes.Barry is also SMEC’s Regional Manager for
Southern Australia.
