BILL BULTITUDE
 Bill
Bultitude is Executive Director of SMEC Developments. He is also a
Director of SMEC Holdings Ltd. Bill has been with SMEC for more than 20 years and has a background in roads
engineering. He has managed large and small transport projects in various parts
of the world. For a number of years he was SMEC's Regional Manager for the South
Pacific with responsibility for all sectors of the company's operations in that
region. This has provided him with a thorough understanding iof the development
constraints of both small island communities and larger entities such as Fiji
and Papua New Guinea.
Bill's role in SMEC Developments is to establish the necessary commercial
frameworks necessary for major private sector investments to proceed, including
offtake agreements, project agreements and equity and loan finance. This
involves both negotiation and document preparation for government agencies and
private businesses.
