This approach includes all of the services associated with these types of
projects, either as designers or project managers. From our combined resources,
we can undertake the following parts or a project as a whole:
- Work with clients to develop a clear and conceivable strategy, scope of
work and sequence as a clear basis for a project
- Plan and budget for the project, handle all procurement of equipment,
systems and contracts.
- Arrange for preparation of calculations, plans, sketches, etc necessary
for submission to authorities. We will liaise with authorities, assemble
information, complete and submit forms at relevant stages (including development
applications, building applications, environmental licence, Engineers Design
certificates as required by Building Code of Australia).
- Undertake all engineering design "in-house".
- Select specialists for particular tasks, as required, such as design work,
from among industry networks. Supervise, integrate and control such works.
- Manage projects to completion including commissioning and training.
- Financial management of project costs and reporting.
