Client: Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID)

Provision of technical advisory services, under SMEC's period contract for the Commodities Assistance Program - Pacific Island Countries, for the procurement, and supervision of reconditioning, installation, and commissioning of 3 diesel generating sets. Services also included preliminary electrical and mechanical design, and provision of training to staff of the Ministry of Energy.
