Recent graduates should not be deterred from applying for
employment with SMEC. Experience is not necessarily a barrier and we can assist
junior professional staff to get established in their careers. SMEC encourages
staff to undertake constant professional development and supports them
financially and in other ways to do this. SMEC’s Staff Development Strategy and
Action Plan enables staff with potential and motivation for career development
to prepare themselves for senior positions with the company in the future.
