SMEC has an ongoing need for professional and administrative
staff to work in various countries. We are looking for people with skills in
many different professional disciplines including engineering, social
infrastructure, urban planning, environmental analysis, water management,
contract administration, project management and training.
We engage staff at various stages in their career, though we
do have a particular need for senior and experienced staff interested in Project
Manager or Team Leader positions in the field in rural and regional Australia or
in developing countries.
We are looking for people who are highly skilled, innovative,
problem focused, practical and can work individually or as part of a team. We
seek to create a working environment throughout the SMEC Group which encourages
creativity and motivation as well as pride in providing a high quality of
service to discerning clients. Staff must have good inter-personal and
cross-cultural skills and a readiness to work in a multi-disciplinary
environment.
